Description

In Tappx we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for new talented people to join our Performance department.

As a Media Buys Team Leader you will lead a Team of Media Buyers that work aligned, and support them achieve the goals set alongside Tappx management, improve Tappx market position and add value to Tappx Advertisers portfolio through the acquisition of quality media that help them achieve their goals and motivate and inspire the Team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding among the co-workers, and demonstrates flexibility.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Advertisers Team to ensure that the media being acquired is meeting the KPIs and quality standards of our Clients.
  • Train new onboarded Team members and motivate the Team to achieve the goals set alongside the Tappx management Team.
  • Delegating tasks to the Team members and follow-up, ensuring every member of the Team is achieving their goals.
  • Empowering the members of the team with skills to improve confidence, industry knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews with the Team.
  • Creating a working environment that inspires the Team to be self-driven and work autonomously.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • Develop Team strengths to help them grow within the organization, as well as to improve possible weaknesses.
  • Actively seek to resolve any concerns within the Team while adhering to the company policy and standards.
  • Identify industry trends, be at the forefront of change and set a vision aligned with Tappx management.

Requirements

We are looking for if you have:

  • +3 years experience acquiring media from the main DSPs in the inapp ecosystem (Moloco, Kayzen, Smadex, Beeswax, etc)
  • Attended industry events, feels comfortable interacting and creating trust with existing and potential Partners.
  • Lead a Team of high-performing, international members.
  • Experience analyzing data and extracting conclusions that translate into actions.

Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with ad networks, publishers, and other vendors.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of supply managers / media buyers.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
