Question: How did you get into the programmatic industry?

Answer: Kind of by accident, but a happy one! I was curious about digital advertising and was always in the Business Development area. One step led to another, and here I am.

Q: What is the best part of being a New Partnerships Manager?

A: Meeting new people and building relationships. Every call is different, and I love that I can connect with so many interesting companies around the world.

Q: Could you list some tips for becoming a good New Partnerships Manager? What are the essential skills needed in your job?

A: Be honest, curious, think analytically, listen more than you talk, and a bonus one would be to always have a sense of humor.

Q: How do you organize your day? What tools do you use, and which are your favorite?

A: I live by my calendar and Slack, also definitely LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Telegram.

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?

A: Let’s just say if I got a dollar for every email I send, I wouldn’t need the lottery question that is coming at the end!

Q: What is the app you use the most in your daily life?

A: Spotify

Q: What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?

A: Get out of my home and go to the gym.

Q: What would you do if you won the lottery?

A: I would probably make some serious investments. And book a nice trip. Just to celebrate.
