Career growth and learning
At Techsoulogy, we are committed to educational and skills development projects to help people get started and grow in professional careers. This is why we have 3 internal training programs for those taking their first steps in the industry and more than 9 initiatives to encourage continuous learning.
At Techsoulogy, we believe in soft skills, attitude, and commitment. That’s why, if you want to be a Backend Developer but lack experience, you can join the team as a Junior, learn different backend languages, and grow with the team to reach the senior backend position once you’re ready for it.
Don’t worry if you don’t have enough experience in the AdTech industry. We strongly believe that soft skills and motivation deserve an opportunity. Join our Junior Sales (or Pre-Sales) Program and, with enough coaching and training, you’ll eventually move on to a Business Developer position.
Techsoulogy collaborates with several schools so students have the chance to intern at Tappx and get hired after a few months. We highly value initiative, proactivity, self-learning, and willingness to learn and consider them the first step to secure a career plan with us!
Sustainability
As part of our commitment to aligning media and technology to public interest, at Tappx we’ve neutralized our carbon emissions and have set a goal of fully eliminating our carbon emissions by 2030.
