We bring human souls to technological solutions. The diverse souls of more than 100 team members of 22 nationalities.
We don’t what country people come from, their gender, language, culture, or religion. We care about personality and expertise, want to hire the best match for the team and make everybody feel at home.

Career growth and learning

At Techsoulogy, we are committed to educational and skills development projects to help people get started and grow in professional careers. This is why we have 3 internal training programs for those taking their first steps in the industry and more than 9 initiatives to encourage continuous learning.

TAM Program

At Techsoulogy, we believe in soft skills, attitude, and commitment. That’s why, if you want to be a Backend Developer but lack experience, you can join the team as a Junior, learn different backend languages, and grow with the team to reach the senior backend position once you’re ready for it.

Pre-Sales Program

Don’t worry if you don’t have enough experience in the AdTech industry. We strongly believe that soft skills and motivation deserve an opportunity. Join our Junior Sales (or Pre-Sales) Program and, with enough coaching and training, you’ll eventually move on to a Business Developer position.

Trainee Program

Techsoulogy collaborates with several schools so students have the chance to intern at Tappx and get hired after a few months. We highly value initiative, proactivity, self-learning, and willingness to learn and consider them the first step to secure a career plan with us!

Donations for child care

At Techsoulogy, we collaborate with various institutions such as the Pequeño Deseo Foundation and Sant Joan de Déu Hospital to improve their access to pediatric care resources and help children with cancer.

Scholarships and tech equipment

We’ve made donations to the Comtal Foundation education scholarships and technology training program. We’ve also donated computers and webcams to the Soñar Despierto Foundation and Residencia Villa Paz to help children with online classes and other activities to interact with their peers.

Sport values and Christmas gifts

Understanding the benefits of sport for children, such as inclusion, perseverance, collaboration, and respect, Tappx and Taproom have sponsored the BMX Terrassa Club. We have also joined the Three Wise Men tradition to deliver Christmas gifts to children from the Soñar Despierto Foundation.

Supporting tech talent

Tappx had collaborated with the Telefónica Foundation in the technology and programming education project of “42 Barcelona” in an AI challenge that the students had a week to resolve. We also worked with the Circular digital platform community to share information and resources with tech candidates looking for job opportunities.
