Demand Account Manager
Here’s Emanuele Bardella, from the Tappx Demand Team. According to his own words, being curious, proactive and understanding clients’ needs are the basic skills for his job. Knowing him from the inside, we can be sure he has them all.
Answer: I‘ve always been working in Online Marketing and Tech companies but this is my first experience in the programmatic industry.
A: Be a consultant and a point of reference for our clients.
A: The essential skills needed in my job are many but the most important are being curious and looking forward to new solutions, understanding client needs and being proactive.
A: Be the point of contact of our best and biggest client and having a good relationship with their team. Moreover, in the past quarters I scale some important accounts that have potential in video and display advertising. With a focus on our brand-new inventory, we had great results in terms of revenue and visibility.
A: In the first hour I always look internally to our platform and the client platform for stats insight to check activity decreases or errors that have to be taken care of. Later I’m going deep into the analysis and organizing calls with clients if needed.
The programmatic industry is never boring and there are always a lot of things to learn and study.
A: I expect that there will be solutions that respect users’ privacy but also give advertisers the possibility to reach their marketing and sales goals.
A: A lot!!!
A: Prepare for going to the gym, having a walk, or hanging out with my friends.
A: Travel + buy a house with a garden and put there 10 dogs.
