Let’s meet Zdenka Prieto, our Agencies Partnerships Manager at Tappx. She is a professional with a wide experience in the AdTech industry and loves the opportunity her position gives her to meet different types of clients. The best essential skills for her? Find them out in this interview!
Answer: In 1997 a colleague called me to introduce me to a new digital company that arrived in Spain (advertising network). She invited me to be part of the team, and I decided to join. 🙂
A: Meet new colleagues and have the opportunity to work with different types of clients.
A: Proactivity, empathy, tenacity, patience, and creativity are some of the tips I would list. In terms of essential skills, I would say strong communication, and being a team player, a contributor, and organized.
A: For a tech client who used to do classic banner campaigns, we suggested going a step further with a new format: video interviews. We created a history between two product users so they could act as prescribers. The campaign was a success and since then, we have signed quarterly actions with an annual investment commitment.
A: I dedicate 30-45 min to reading what is happening (world and industry). After that, if I’m at the office I try to share some topics, personal and professional with my mates then, I look at my schedule and prepare my meetings. For me, it is essential to know as much as possible about the people I am going to meet, and the product that interests me in order to offer them our best proposal. About tools, I use mail, phone, Teams or Google Meet, and LinkedIn to contact new clients and agencies. My favorite one is the phone. 🙂
A: We have the challenge to be more transparent, sustainable, and private and we must focus on the attention of the users rather than viewability.
A: Ufff, dozens and dozens.
A: WhatsApp.
A: Wear comfortably and talk with my son about how the day was.
A: I would take a year off to travel all around the world with my family & friends.
