Question: How did you get into the programmatic industry?

Answer: I didn’t know about the programmatic industry, until I joined Tappx, but once inside, I started to learn more and more about the business, and it’s more interesting than I thought at the beginning.

Q: What is the best part of being a Tech Developer?

A: For me, the best part is to learn something new every day. I have only one year of job experience and what I value the most right now is improving professionally.

Q: Could you list some tips to become a good TD? What are the essential skills needed in your job?

A: The most important thing to be a good TD is to enjoy being a TD and learn. Also, for me, writing notes in my notebook helps a lot. Regarding the most useful skills, I think some of them are:

• Good Analysis
• Logical Thinking
• Creativity

Q: How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?

A: I organize my day depending on what is the priority at each particular moment and I also tend to look at what new Support issues have been created.
Surprisingly, my favorite tool is my notebook! It helps me a lot to not forget anything, and write down problems and solutions.

Q: What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?

A: I think the programmatic industry is not only going to grow every year but also, will be constantly changing with new ways of advertising.
Maybe, one important thing that could be improved, is the detection of fraud traffic. It is an existing problem in programmatic in general.

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?

A: Personally, I don’t send many emails. However, some scripts I write send a lot!

Q: What is the app you use the most in your daily life?

A: IntelliJ IDEA Without a doubt. It’s the number one I use to write code. The second one I used the most would be MySQL Workbench to work with databases.

Q: What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?

A: I like going for a walk and hanging out with my girlfriend.

Q: What would you do if you won the lottery?

A: I would buy a nice house and try to become an independent video game developer.
