Today we’re excited to introduce Gabriela Sá, our new Supply Business Developer, whose journey into the programmatic world began just over a year ago with a leap of faith, and a love for challenges. Gabi thrives on building genuine connections, tailoring solutions to each client, and bringing a mix of organization, curiosity, and empathy to everything she does. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her walking his adorable chihuahua Pepita, dreaming up plans for a cozy book-filled home, or rewatching her favorite magical films.

Question: How did you get into the programmatic industry?

Answer: A little over a year ago, I entered the world of programmatic. I had to learn everything from scratch, it was super challenging, but I absolutely love challenges!

Q: What is the best part of being a Supply Business Developer?

A: Definitely the contact with people. I love knowing that I can offer the best solution tailored to each client.

Q: Could you list some tips for becoming a good Supply Business Developer? What are the essential skills needed in your job?

A: You have to genuinely like people! It’s essential to know how to communicate, build trust with publishers, and have empathy and patience to deliver the best service possible.

Q: How do you organize your day? What tools do you use, and which are your favorite?

A:  I’m a bit of an organization geek! I write everything down and use Google Calendar, a bullet journal, and Notion, they’re essential to my daily routine.

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?

A: In my previous job, I used to send around 15 emails a day, but honestly, I preferred chatting through messages, especially on LinkedIn.

Q: What is the app you use the most in your daily life?

A: ChatGPT! It helps me with my tasks, doubts, ideas, research, it’s basically my personal assistant.

Q: What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?

A: Me and my husband take my little dog Pepita for a walk, she’s my 11 month old chihuahua and the cutest part of my day.

Q: What would you do if you won the lottery?

A: I’d build a house with a big garden and a cozy library, I absolutely love books.

Q: Tell us a fun fact about yourself

A: I’m a fan of Harry Potter and all those movies that involve magic and magical worlds.
