A: To become a good Account Manager, you should focus on improving your communication and listening skills. Problem-solving is crucial, as is showing empathy to better understand your publishers’ needs and challenges. In my opinion, establishing trust with your publishers strengthens your partnership.
A: Each day, I start by reviewing performance stats to check how my publishers are doing and make revenue-based optimizations. I prioritize my tasks every morning by taking notes. My favorite tools include Google Tasks, HubSpot, and AI for efficiency.
A: I don’t focus so much on emails. I prefer using Slack, Skype, and WhatsApp for faster and more personal communication.
A: Aside from WhatsApp and Instagram, I have recently started using TikTok.
A: The first thing I do when I get home is unwind with a relaxing bath.
A: If I won the lottery, I would buy a house close to the beach because I have always loved the sea.
