In Techsoulogy we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps to join our Infrastructure team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s critical infrastructure and services, optimizing system availability and performance, and solving complex technical problems.

As a SRE / DevOps you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructures.
• Monitor and manage the company’s infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Develop and implement security policies to protect the company’s data and systems.
• Automate routine tasks using scripts and configuration management tools.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Proactively resolve technical incidents and performance issues.
• Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of infrastructure and operational procedures.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses and generate incident reports to prevent future issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to incidents outside of business hours.
• Control and optimize infrastructure costs.

Requirements

We are looking for if you have:

• Demonstrable experience in Linux/Unix system administration.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring and infrastructure management tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Grafana, or similar.
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Packer and Terraform.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with container technologies and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of networks and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Collaborative mindset

Valuable:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or similar.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis or Aerospike
• Experience with Consul
• Experience with PHP
• Deep knowledge of Security
• High level of Spanish
