In Techsoulogy we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for new talented people to join our Performance Tech team in our IT department.

As a Senior Java Backend Developer you will:

• Participate in the entire applications life cycle with focus on coding and debugging.
• Write clean and maintainable code of high quality accomplishing estimated hours and due dates.
• Offer Technical support to the Performance department.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Collect technical needs and design requirements.
• Identify new needs and propose solutions to improve our applications.
• Learn about technologies different than Java existing in our tech stack.
• Measure the impact of new features, interpret key metrics and collaborate with the data team for data-driven decision making.
• Deeply understand the business you are working with.

Requirements

We are looking for if you have:

• 6+ years of experience as Backend Developer.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing in Java, Spring and MySQL.

Desirable:

• Medium knowledge of Git.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Basic knowledge of Docker.
• Basic knowledge of Kafka
• Basic Knowledge of AGILE tools (such as Jira).
