Question: What is the best part of being an Account Manager?

Answer: Connecting with the client and making their business grow. Seeing how the relationship strengthens thanks to the efforts you put in the optimizations and noticing how the advice given to the clients results in a gradual account increase.

Q: Could you list some tips to become a good AM? What are the essential skills needed in your job?

A: I think what’s important is to be proactive in finding new strategies for your client and believe in the product you represent.

Q: Tell us about a recent reliable client relationship, success story, or goal you’re proud of.

A: For me, each of the client’s relationships is unique but I am especially happy for the development of one of my clients which was in a critical situation because the revenues generated were 2$ daily tops, despite the high traffic volumes and huge potential. I’ve tried several optimization strategies during two months and almost lost hope, when finally I found out the technical issue with their account and after a few changes were made we started reaching very decent daily revenues.

Q: How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?

A: I try to prioritize my tasks at the beginning of the day, starting from the most urgent ones. I use lists and add all important topics of the day and week so that I do not miss anything.

Q: What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?

A: Finding the new right approach for the Ad targeting that would promote user control and privacy after the removal of 3rd party cookies.

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?

A: It depends on the day. At the beginning of the week the number of emails I send are usually higher because usually on Monday we have accumulated topics related to the weekend.

Q: What is the app you use the most in your daily life?

A: Mostly apps that allow me to connect with my friend & family such as WhatsApp, Gmail, and Messenger.

Q: What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?

A: I usually go to do some sports activities at the gym, yoga or just a long walk surrounded by nature.

Q: What would you do if you won the lottery?

A: Well, it depends on the value of the lottery. 😀 If the amount is high enough, I would invest in some promising business & real estate, share a part with friends & family, make a charity donation and travel around the world.
