Answer: By People&friends network.

Q: What is the best part of being a Designer?

A: The best part is solving people’s problems using creativity.

Q: Could you list some tips to become a good Marketing Designer? What are the essential skills needed in your job?

A: Always be up to date with design trends. Understanding the business helps a lot to apply design more effectively.

Q: Tell us about a recent success story or job goal you’re proud of.

A: Help to improve customer conversion in an ad campaign in record time.

Q: How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?

A: With the role of the designer in a company, it is important to get organized and understand the business. There are requests from all sides and it is important to understand priorities and be flexible. Tasks have to be very organized and communication is key. To organize my work I use Trello, which is simpler and more effective for what I need and the design tools I use most of the time are Adobe PS AE package programs and Figma.

Q: What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved from your point of view and specialty?

A: I believe that the designer will be increasingly integrated into the business. A good designer understands the business and the product has already evolved a lot in this part and the tendency is to increase, so the designer no longer works alone with headphones. Communication is everything.

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?

A: Not many actually. Slack and other similar tools help you not to fill your inbox mail, but of course, it’s important to have everything well documented.
