Answer: I got into the programmatic industry when I applied for an internship while still studying for my Post-Graduation. After the internship, they liked me, and I just stayed in the industry until today 🙂
A: I believe it’s the constant communication and the hustle that makes the days always different. Also, the fact that we can give good news to the clients makes me happy and fulfilled.
A: I think the best tip is adaptation. You need to be able to adapt to clients’ needs, ways of communication, and products. If you can adapt, you can break most of the existing barriers, mostly because of language and culture.
In addition to this, being a good listener, transparent and honest person is halfway to have a good relationship with the clients, which usually leads to positive results.
A: Firstly, I check the reports to see what happened between the time I left work and when I started again the next day. After that, and taking my considerations, I usually see all the chats and emails and start to clean up pending things. I often use Notepad to take all my notes!
A: I prefer to use more instant communication (Skype or Telegram); however, e-mails are a big part of my daily job. I would say maybe 15 to 25 emails/day.
A: WhatsApp, no doubt. I love to keep in touch with everyone. Besides that, I would say Spotify!
A: Enter my small bubble. I hug my kids, play with them, and spend time with my family. I also often play sports because it helps me keep my body and mind balanced.
A: I would invest part of the money to maintain some rentability and raise a nonprofit organization to help children fulfill their dreams.
