Answer: The truth is that it was unexpected. A few years ago I was talking to a friend who works in human resources. She told me that programmatic and cybersecurity were in-demand jobs then. I tried something different from what I had been doing for many years and, to see if I liked it, I decided to start studying short courses in both subjects on my own. I soon realized that programmatic was related to web development, which I was working on at the time, so it would be easier to learn.
From there I started looking for different places to study programmatic and after several consultations I did a master’s degree. As soon as I finished it I started working on it.
A: What I enjoy most about being an Account Manager at Tappx is the analytical side. I love diving into the data and using it to hit our goals. When the results are as good or better than we expected, it is a great feeling for everyone.
A: One of the most important things and tips is to know your product well, as well as your objectives and goals, to achieve the best results. An account manager must be organized, analytical, proactive, adaptable, flexible, know how to prioritize tasks better, have negotiation skills, work under pressure, and work together with their teammates to help each other when necessary.
Furthermore, it is very important to understand and have good customer relationships. It helps build trust, and when that happens, both sides can grow and achieve even better results together.
A: I open my emails, slack groups, and prioritize tasks, what is most important to start the day. I am still learning the tools. It is still too early to respond to what my favorite is. I will tell you in a few months.
A: I write a lot… more than two and less than 100
A: It is WhatsApp to keep in touch with friends, family, and other groups where I waste my time.
A: It depends on the day. Every day, I enjoy talking to my kids and playing with my cats. Sometimes, I watch TV, play guitar, or do sports…
A: If I earn a big amount … Travel, travel, and travel, and after having traveled, continue doing so. And between trips, spend time on volunteer social work.
