Supply AM Team Leader
Judith Fàbregas is the Team Lead of the Supply Account Managers Team. We chat with her about the programmatic industry, apps, future challenges, and leadership tips.
Answer: Accidentally haha. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication but then I studied a master’s degree in Marketing which led me to do an internship as an Account Manager at a Digital Agency. After this experience, I joined an AdTech Company that was starting into the programmatic but it wasn’t since I joined Tappx that I dived into the programmatic. Seven years later, I don’t see myself in another industry.
A: I would say that the most gratifying part is seeing how the people in your team develop and achieve their goals.
A: Here are some of them:
A: I would say for example proactivity, team spirit or teamwork, adaptability to changes, and problem-solving.
A: Sharing clear goals and encouraging teamwork. In addition, I think it’s important to support new ideas. I try to make my team feel appreciated and promote team spirit.
On top of that, providing support every time they need is a must for me.
A: There are many. What I like the most is the fluent communication that we are having. This allows us to share optimizations that work out really well and replicate them to other accounts. Also, lately trying out new things and thinking out of the box helped us to rump up very quick new publishers.
A: I can only expect changes. Our industry is continuously evolving and growing and that really pushes you to be updated.
A: I’ve lost count of that.
A: I guess Instagram, and not so long ago, several apps to track my son’s sleep haha.
A: Play with my son. I’m disconnecting from work between loud screams, laughs and some other crying.
A: I would travel with my family, invite all my friends to dinner and buy my son an outdoor playground.
