Answer: I had the luxury to upsell our team’s first programmatic campaign in one of my previous jobs and, as a result, I offered myself to conduct our DSP’s internal training sessions for new employees. A: I believe being a data lover, having a passion for being the ‘communication channel’ combined with a great analytical mindset and questioning absolutely everything is the core of a good AM. Having a strong curiosity mentality is also key in order to adapt to an ever-changing landscape of our industry.

A: New emerging channels – something that excites me greatly. I am always eager to learn how we can get ahead of everyone else in order to leverage all the new opportunities and hopefully set ourselves as leaders of the new avenues.
