Answer: Coming from affiliation, display, rich media, and native, I had to discover the video industry.

Q: What is the best part of being a Product Manager?

A: Scouting, reaching out, discovering different approaches depending on the country, and seeing any kind of interlocutors, from the best to the worst. 😊

Q: Could you list some tips to become a good Product Manager? What are the essential skills needed in your job?

A: Don’t be afraid to insist (everybody is busy), listen, and adapt. Empathy, Perseverance, and organization are the essential skills needed.

Q: How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?

A: I first follow up on all my emails and to-do list. Then I open Hubspot.

Q: What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?

A: The industry is booming year by year, but it will need more transparency for clients and privacy for users.

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?

A: Ask Hubspot 😉.

Q: What is the app you use the most in your daily life?

A: Chrome, always browsing and tons of opened tabs.

Q: What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?

A: “3 good things” with my wife and kids.

A: I would definitely try to do something to improve our children’s future environment.
