Question: How did you get into the programmatic industry?

Answer: To be honest, it was by chance because I had no idea about this industry before. I was contacted by Pat, our People Manager, and thanks to my position in Tappx I’ve been able to learn more about the programmatic industry and how it works.

Q: What is the best part of being a Talent Specialist?

A: Finding the right person sometimes it’s difficult and takes time, but when you find people with potential you know they can have a big impact on the team and on the company. I feel proud to be able to contribute by bringing talented people to Tappx, and that they can contribute to the development and growth of the company.

Q: Could you list some tips to become a good TS? What are the essential skills needed in your job (and why patience jeje)?

A: Of course!

• Be empathetic and treat candidates the same you would like to be treated
• Be persistent, patient, and prioritize quality over quantity
• Be transparent and honest with candidates regarding the position and the company you represent and defend

Q: Tell us about a recent reliable recruitment or goal you’re proud of.

A: Looking for top talent in the programmatic field has been a great challenge for me because I had to learn about the industry and the specific profiles that Tappx needs. I’m proud to have been able to understand the needs of the teams and to have closed challenging programmatic positions that at first seemed impossible to me.

Q: How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?

A: I usually organize my day with Google Calendar. Also, I use Slack for internal communication, and Excel and Notion to get my work and notes organized.

Q: What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?

A: As far as I can see, this industry will continue growing and evolving. I hope that in the next few years there will be much more talent and more specialized profiles in the different areas of the programmatic industry.

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day? And LinkedIn messages? 🙂

A: It depends on the situation, but on average I would say 20 emails and 3 Linkedin messages per day.

Q: What is the app you use the most in your daily life?

A: WhatsApp, Google Keep, Google news and Twitter.

Q: What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?

A: I go to the gym, meet a friend or my boyfriend, go for a walk, cook, or call my parents or some friend.

Q: What would you do if you won the lottery?

A: I would take my mother on a mother-daughter trip, save money for a future professional investment, and help my parents rebuild their house in the mountains.
