Question:<\/em> How did you get into the AdTech industry?<\/h4>\n

Answer:<\/em> In 1997 a colleague called me to introduce me to a new digital company that arrived in Spain (advertising network). She invited me to be part of the team, and I decided to join. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Could you list some tips to become a good Agencies Partnerships Manager? What are the essential skills needed in your job?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Proactivity, empathy, tenacity, patience, and creativity are some of the tips I would list. In terms of essential skills, I would say strong communication, and being a team player, a contributor, and organized.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Tell us about a recent reliable client relationship, success story, or goal you\u2019re proud of.<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> For a tech client who used to do classic banner campaigns, we suggested going a step further with a new format: video interviews. We created a history between two product users so they could act as prescribers. The campaign was a success and since then, we have signed quarterly actions with an annual investment commitment.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> I dedicate 30-45 min to reading what is happening (world and industry). After that, if I\u2019m at the office I try to share some topics, personal and professional with my mates then, I look at my schedule and prepare my meetings. For me, it is essential to know as much as possible about the people I am going to meet, and the product that interests me in order to offer them our best proposal. About tools, I use mail, phone, Teams or Google Meet, and LinkedIn to contact new clients and agencies. My favorite one is the phone. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> We have the challenge to be more transparent, sustainable, and private and we must focus on the attention of the users rather than viewability.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
