She loves working side by side with clients from all over the world and believes that good communication, attention to detail, and a never stop learning attitude are key to being a good Publisher Account Manager. Question:<\/em> How did you get into the AdTech industry?<\/h4>\n

Answer:<\/em> Totally by accident. I was looking for an occupation during my summer holidays at my last course at the University and started as an intern at a local Ad network. And now, I’m more than three years Account Manager.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the best part of being a Publisher Account Manager?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> People. An opportunity to communicate, and work side to side with so many intelligent, goal-oriented, exciting people from all around the Globe.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Could you list some tips to become a good Publisher Account Manager? What are the essential skills needed in your job?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> First of all, it\u2019s good communication skills. Behind every deal, every integration, there is always a human. You should know how to explain your needs and also understand others.<\/p>\n

Secondly, ‘the devil is in the details’. You should be very attentive to every piece of information, which may seem little or not important, but little things may cause big issues.<\/p>\n

And the last tip, maybe a bit general, but never stop learning. This industry is so dynamic and fast-growing. You should know your subject.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Tell us about a recent reliable client relationship, success story, or goal you\u2019re proud of.<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> I couldn’t highlight one particular story. In general, the thing I always aspire to is building strong, honest, and clear relations with partners. It becomes a good basis for productive cooperation and future growth.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> I’m making handwritten notes at the beginning of each day and prioritize my tasks. What is going on after always depends on the day.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Lots of things had changed already in the past few years. I think there is still a lot of work to fight against fraudulent activity. Fun fact that the more improved IVT tools got, the more artful become a fraud. AdTech would be a paradise if those guys chose the good side.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q: Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> It depends on the day, more at the beginning of the week and meagrely not so much on Friday. But usually not less than 5-10 per day.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the app you use the most in your daily life?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> WhatsApp and Instagram.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Playing with my cat. A lot.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What would you do if you won the lottery?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> I’ll travel the world, buy a house, and invest the rest in different industries to guarantee a good life for my future kids.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
