Question:<\/em> How did you get into the sports games industry?<\/h4>\n

Answer:<\/em> It was just by a coincidence! We had a web agency at that time and we had the opportunity to develop a web-based game that was surprisingly a success! From that moment on, we have been focused on this hectic industry.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

A:<\/em> I guess that there are different leadership styles out there\u2026 My style (it does not have to be the better) is to empathize with employees. They have to feel that I\u2019m always keen to help everyone. I\u2019m the first involved in the success of the projects.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

A:<\/em> Implication. In this crazy industry where things change every month, it is not so important your previous knowledge but how implicated you are with what\u2019s happening right now and try to improve!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

A:<\/em> Trying to talk to them very often. Being transparent with what we\u2019re looking for and how it\u2019s going on in the company. Listening to them.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Tell us about a successful result achieved as a team and how did you get it.<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> We have achieved work with many official licenses since we created the company. That has been thanks to the effort of everyone, from the one in charge of our communities to the person dealing with the different associations to sign the agreements.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Industry is evolving all the time and it\u2019s almost impossible to predict what it will look like in 6 months\u2026 but I would like not to be so dependent on Google and Apple, our two main distribution channels.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Hahaha, that is a good question\u2026 Sometimes I feel that my main task is sending emails\u2026. I don\u2019t know\u2026. Maybe 20-30\u2026 They are too many but I have to say that writing some of them takes me more than an hour!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the app you use the most in your daily life?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Spotify, Webull\u2026 and WhatsApp & Instagram, although I\u2019m trying to use them the less the better.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> I work from home so that situation never happens!! Hahaha\u2026 What I usually do to disconnect is to practice sports! I love it. Besides that, I also play guitar to relax\u2026 I\u2019m not good at it but I feel good!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
