Q:<\/em> Could you list some tips to become a good TS? What are the essential skills needed in your job (and why patience jeje)?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> From my point of view, to be a good TS, among other things, is to be natural, to humanize the hiring process (it is not about checking whether or not you meet specific requirements, it is not a shopping list), to build trust with the person and, of course, to give a positive image (maybe this is not the right time for the candidate, but in the future, it will be).<\/p>\n
