Question:<\/em> How did you get into the programmatic industry?<\/h4>\n

Answer:<\/em> My first contact with programmatic media and digital advertisement was in my first job actually, during my internship at my university time. For me it was all new and interesting, and at that time I was working for a big publisher in Brazil, and it was an unforgettable experience.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the best part of being a Team Leader?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> It’s definitely being involved in so different aspects and things within a team, from the operations to the daily experience of the team members, teaching, guiding, leading, and knowing them better.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Could you list some leadership tips?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Communication is the key. Learn how to listen, understand and sympathize and know the right moment to give positive, negative, and constructive feedback.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What skills do you look for in the people for your team?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Hard workers and hands-on, curious, and fast learners.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> How do you motivate your team to achieve the best results?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> More than anything I make them achieve the best results for their campaigns, their clients, publishers, and their portfolio. It also achieves the best results for their career cause if they make a great job here they will take this for their lives and their professional path.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Tell us about a successful result achieved as a team and how did you get it.<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> At the beginning of the year 2022 we were the smallest team in Tappx in terms of operations and we managed to achieve revenues that the whole company was achieving, and that for the small department we were, was pretty nice as we had our quarter objectives overachieved.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> A lot of competition, that is for sure, but the exciting thing about partnerships, mutual learning, and interesting cooperation for the sake of the advertisers, the suppliers, and the users. Definitely user experience is something to be focused on to improve such as the transparency in the industry.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Around 30 to 40.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the app you use the most in your daily life?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> 9Gag for sure, it makes me laugh and distract a lot, and Dazn as I like to watch sports.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the first thing you do when you get home and disconnect from work?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Walk the dog. It\u2019s the funniest thing a dog can do and if the dog is happy, I\u2019m happy.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What would you do if you won the lottery?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Would buy a huge piece of land to create a wild reserve and populate it with a lot of animals.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
