What are the essential skills needed in your job?<\/h4>\n<p><em>A:<\/em> I think the most important are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical approach to everything<\/li>\n<li>Be capable of adapting to a bunch of different situations<\/li>\n<li>Always try to find the right words to speak to each publisher in the most possible personalized way<\/li>\n<li>Be organized<\/li>\n<li>Have a teamwork spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"total   u-pT-s block-text-simple\" id=\"block-text-simple-block_6f60154b2b39f8dbe74262fc5719f5e7\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        \t\t<div class=\"total m-genContent --contentBlog --block  u-nmB-lastchild\" style=\"max-width: 845px;\">\n            <h4><em>Q:<\/em> Tell us about a recent reliable client relationship, success story, or goal you\u2019re proud of.<\/h4>\n<p><em>A:<\/em> There are a few clients I have a good relationship with but I am specially proud of the relationship I have built with a couple of them in the past year. They have become two important partners for Tappx. One is focused on Gaming and the other focused on News Content but both have brought good traffic and results after building a strong relationship with them.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"total   u-pT-s block-text-simple\" id=\"block-text-simple-block_6774cfda6160927807430d42e2b06f64\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        \t\t<div class=\"total m-genContent --contentBlog --block  u-nmB-lastchild\" style=\"max-width: 845px;\">\n            <h4><em>Q:<\/em> How do you organize your day? What tools do you use and which of them are your favorite ones?<\/h4>\n<p><em>A:<\/em> I start the day by checking the previous day\u2019s stats. This will mainly lead the rest of the day. If everything was great the day before, I should try to find out why. If anything is wrong, I should find out why and try to solve it asap. Reading my emails is the second thing I do in the morning. Once I have everything clean then I can start analyzing data and working with my teammates and publishers to increase numbers &amp; solve the problems that might appear during the day.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"total   u-pT-s block-text-simple\" id=\"block-text-simple-block_92445eed1645b0ff7e4464f34a6d607b\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        \t\t<div class=\"total m-genContent --contentBlog --block  u-nmB-lastchild\" style=\"max-width: 845px;\">\n            <h4><em>Q:<\/em> What do you expect from the future of the industry? What needs to be improved?<\/h4>\n<p><em>A:<\/em> A bigger increase than expected. The transparency.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"total   u-pT-s block-text-simple\" id=\"block-text-simple-block_3cc265ce9600b559543dc7c4f883f51a\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        \t\t<div class=\"total m-genContent --contentBlog --block  u-nmB-lastchild\" style=\"max-width: 845px;\">\n            <h4><em>Q:<\/em> Do you have any idea how many emails you send per day?<\/h4>\n<p><em>A:<\/em> I am not sure about that but for example, today I have already sent 12 emails (I start working at 8.30 and had a couple of meetings from 10.30 to 12) so I believe I have an average of around 4-5 emails per hour.
