Question:<\/em> How did you get into the programmatic industry?<\/h4>\n

Answer:<\/em> I started in the programmatic sector when I joined Tappx<\/a>, it was a sector I didn’t know but soon I was able to get into the main KPI’s of the industry.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What is the best part of being a CFO?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> The best part of being CFO is that you can see the guts of the company and how each Tappx player drives the main KPI’s of the company.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Could you list some leadership tips? And how to stay calm in crisis times, please? \ud83d\ude42<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> You don’t have to be a boss, but a leader. You have to be an example and push first when something needs to be done. In times of crisis you have to be brave as we are being at Tappx.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What skills do you look for in the people for your team?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> The most important thing for me is humility, starting from humility the rest of the skills are easier to achieve, besides looking for analytical people.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> How do you motivate your team to achieve the best results?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> The motivation is to take Tappx to the next level, and to accompany the company’s growth with more efficient processes and automation.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> Tell us about a successful result achieved as a team and how did you get it.<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> Unfortunately a member of the team has to be away and we have had a good season with an important workload. During this time, we joined forces and have been able to take everything under control with the established timings. Union is strength!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Q:<\/em> What do you expect from the future of the industry? Are we still in a growth phase or may we also be affected by the economic crisis and the expected decrease in advertising spending?<\/h4>\n

A:<\/em> I think it is an industry that will continue to grow over the years, but we will certainly be affected by the coming crisis. It is basically a chain and if companies start to cut back on budgets, they will cut back on advertising and this will affect us to a greater or lesser extent.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

A:<\/em> I can easily send 15-20 emails per day.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
